The standard of Saga holidays has fallen considerably, I have travelled with them for the last 10 years, but will not use them again. Tour managers are disinterested in holiday makers, corners have been cut with meals and quality of hotels. When one writes to Saga to complain they are not really interested in their custimers. Was disappointed with the way I have been treated when complaining about last holiday to Southern Italy and Sciliy, food was a disgrace, bed in one hotel had hole in base and board placed under matress, compliants to tour manager fell on deaf ears.
