Watch Out - The AA Car Insurance are rubbish!! There was a time when I used to be proud to have their badge on my car. Now I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy! I bought car insurance for my dad on line - hit the submit button on form then found I had been charged 'admin fee' for credit card. Okay I thought that's normal. E-mail arrived cheerily saying 'your policy will be with you shortly' - yeah right! I PAID for the damned thing on the 3rd August!! I had to phone their fantastic customer service number three times. The first two times they insisted it had been posted. His policy finally arrived on 18th September, and guess what they are going to charge ME 'an administration fee' for the 'lost documents'. Cheeky buggers haven't even bothered to say in their letter how much 'administration fee' they're going to charge - Take My Advice - Do Not Under ANY Circumstances use this organisation they have sold out - they are rapacious little thugs and WE, the Customer, are on the receiving end.
