I don't know if it is a result of Talk Talk taking over Tiscali but recently if we are on-line for more than half an hour we get cut off which makes us think that they are rationing our on-line time. Added to that very slow speed & from previous experience terrible customer service i would not recommend Tiscali. The only plus is that it is cheap - i suppose you get what you pay for.
