you might ask why ive given them 3 stars then 1 star for everything else here is my reason this company could help some people but not everyone and i fall into that category i did get third party companys calling me but the rates are very high because i believe everyone who uses yes loans are all subprime so bear that in mind you will not get high street competitive rates ..but yes loans do not deny this they are a broker not a lender so although their customer service dept is shocking and it may cost you if you keep ringing them they do what they say in regards to returning your money minus a small charge today i have recieved my money back minus £5.00 admin charge but heres my advice do not call them at any point! send your request in writing ! dont bother e-mailing them ! but also keep an open mind about their services they may suit your own circumstances and its poss they could help you hence my three stars
