I have used pressure cookers for over 30 years and this Tower Pressure Cooker is without doubt the worst I have ever encountered. Manual states that when weight rotates and vents steam, the correct temperature has been reached. Under no circumstances will the weight rotate. The manual states that 0.5 pints of water gives 15 minutes cooking time. The cooker boiled dry in less than 10 minutes with 2 pints of water. Steam and water leak from every joint around the handle. The gasket around the lid provides no seal at all and steam and water leaked from between the cooker and the lid. Used once and returned for refund. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
