Just had a 5 day break at the Imperial Hotel in Tenby. Hotel was really nice, good views etc. Food was excellent but slow service. One night we waited over 50 mins for our main course. Needs some organisation in the dining area. I.E. staff served anyone and everyone and no one!! One night we were served by 4 different waiters/waitresses.
Trips out could have been better thought out. Much nicer places available in South Wales. Room was spotlessly clean every day. They have done away with the dance floor!!! How bad is that!! You can't dance on carpet!!
Overall I guess it was quite good, we found good company in our fellow travellers. My wife ordered a suprise "Celebration Pack" for my birthday which the hotel had no knowledge of and that spoiled the "Moment"...I felt so sorry for her.
