Very simply, the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I cannot begin to explain the trouble that I have had! I am a small new business that has grown beyond expectations, the bank simply did not want to help and further more have created problems. I am unable to make international payments! No overdraft facility though I have £300K worth of orders to process! I am simply scratching the surface, I do not know where I am going but as long as it's under the mattress its in a better place. I made a payment and got the sort code wrong, I received a letter three months later saying the matter had been closed and it was for me to take the situation further with Lloyds TSB, I did and they were shocked by Barclay's response!
