I hit TP - fair enough, but when I told Tesco Car Insurance they said they had cancelled my policy a month before... Said they had written to me asking for proof of NCD and then to confirm they would cancel the policy three times (I had not received any).
I was thinking OMG, I had killed someone I would be over - was realy stressful.
I went to Financial Ombudsman & started to complan. The tesco did a 180 and said that for three weeks all their mail they thought they had sent had not gone. They then paid up.
I wish I had read this before going for what seemed the cheapest.
Also, this site should enable zero star rating as they didnt deserve 1.
