I have now been a member of first call gb for several years.
In the past i have had 3 breakdowns with problems with my car...
1/ flat tyre
2/ breaks locked
3/ clutch cable snapped
Each time i called for help i had someone there with me within 60mins, as promised. The mechanic checked my vehicle over before recovering, each time. and on the locked breaks they even took me all the way home to essex... 159miles each way.
in my opinion first call are a reliable, honnest company who are good value for money... if you read your policy as advised
