I would give it no stars if I could.
The company I bought something off online used Business Post to send my parcel but it has been a complete pain. Firstly, they don't leave cards if they attempt delivery. Hence, I only found out that I had missed several attempted deliveries when one of them gave me a ring. However, during that time they promised me that it would be delivered the next day. I took the day off work to wait at home as they couldn't promise on an exact time. It is now past 19:00 and still no sign of the parcel... I don't think this is going to be a nice one to sort out.
