I got a Samsung Toco Lite phone with a Samsung BluRay player as my free gift. The phone arrived 2 days later (which is a great phone by the way) and then I had to send off my 'free gift voucher' and ID which I did straight away, I received an email 2 weeks later saying they received the voucher but the BluRay player was out of stock...I began to think this could be some kind of scam, but then the next day I received another email saying the player had been despatched and it arrived the following day. So in summary, I got the phone after 2 days and the free gift after 2 weeks. Although I would have ideally liked to receive them both at the same time, I really am not disappointed in a 2 week service. I would definitely use Buy Mobile Phones again and I have already recommended them to my family and friends!!
