Ordered bouquet of flowers for my niece who has just had a baby. She lives in a far flung area of Suffolk which is quite hard to find. Customer service at Flower Angels phoned me direct re the order a couple of times just to make sure the order and postcode were correct and also because there was a postal strike to apologise that there may be a small delay. Flowers arrived on time and my niece was extremely delighted. I'll definitely be using Flower Angels again. Website a bit busy - only complaint but pics of flowers are really good - and this from a very fussy flower purchaser!
