I damaged my car so I called Churchill Car Insurance to open a claim and take my car to the garage. As it was Saturday they told me that my car will be pick up on Monday (car was stucked on a tree out off the road)so after discussion that I can't leave car there for next 2 days they agreed to send someone in the same day. On Wednesday I called to find out how is is going and garage told me that my car was put on hold because they found that I have different exhaust than standard what I didn't know of course. Spoke with Churchill and explained that I bought car like that 2 month ago and I didn't know about this modification - they said ok no problem I will call to garage to start fixing a car. The same conversation 3 times a day for next week- nobody called to garage even once about my case. Then churchill told me that they need to recalculate my new premium first and after that they can start fixing my car. I had enough of waiting and lies (you can get courtesy car when your is being fixed but they don't tell you that you have to wait few weeks before they even look at your car)so I took my car and cancel my claim. I fixed my car in 1 week. New premium I received after 4 months- so my car would be waiting there 4 months to be fixed!- I had to pay premium and fix a car from my pocket so for what I have been paid??? Nothing!!!
