Just had a kitchen installed 3.8.09. The timescale for completion was 7 days. It took them just over 6 weeks to fully complete with poor workmanship, appalling communication and not accepting any liability and putting some of the blame on the fitters. I would never ever advise anybody to go with B&Q after the bad experience we have had with them. Were pre-warned about this by other customers but we chose to ignore them thinking such a big company as B&Q can't be at fault. Now regret our decision. Have got legal people involved and awaiting outcome of this.
