Absolutely love the Fast.co.uk customer service - just call a normal number and get through to a person who knows their stuff and doesn't make you go through all sorts of stupidly obvious procedures and checks.
Download speeds are pretty good and consistent, not throttled as far as i can tell.
My only issue is the high price - i don't mind paying a bit more for the good service but sometimes I am tempted to save myself £15/£20 or so a month by switching. Having said that - when I do have to contact them (which is rare) it's so so worth it!!
