nikki ips is fantastic, reading throught the reviews was shocked to see some negative ones, but guess you cant please everyone. nikki ips offers fine chinese food but dont expect a take away style menu, or take away food. as it is not and does not do take away. it offers something very differant. a well educated pallet will think it has gone to heaven. all i can say is give it a try its something very special.
