We use to fly Emirates many years ago and it was great. Service is no longer very good. Even in business class it took forever to get drinks. The seats are poorly designed and are so uncomfortable. This must have been a common complaint, because now the attendants go around handing out pads to put on the seats. This takes up time and also must cost even more for cleaning, etc. Also, when returning from Dubai, we had to take a bus out for a very long ride then boarded a plane via staircase. This doesn't seem right when Emirates boasts their new state of the art terminal. In this day, we should be boarding via jetways and not out in the open.
