Rang More Than up for a quote. Right from the beginning you could tell she was on auto pilot reading from a script. Promised me that they were going to give me the best quote ever. When she got to the excesses etc, I stopped her and said that her quote was already £50 over my renewal with Saga, let alone the excessive excesses. She put me through to More Than Select and said I wouldn't have to repeat everything. When I said this to the next operator she said the girl had got it wrong and I would have to give all the information again! I started to ask why after being told I wouldn't and she put the phone down on me! If this is how they are with a quote, I would hate to think what they are like with a claim. Avoid is my advice. No personal attention at all.
