I agree everything has changed and not for the better im afraid. Before the new Clydesdale Bank Internet Bankinglog in process everything was fairly good now it semms an effort just to log into your own account. I cant even get to the page because the screen freezes at the login page, im being told it must be my computer but if this were the case then surely it would have worked on one of the three laptops I have used the past week. Also the rare (and believe me I mean RARE) times i do manage to log in something is always wrong!
