Lack of service all round.
No replies to enquiries via email.
The phone was never answered.
After 2 weeks i finally managed to get hold of someone and after pressuring them for a whole day ringing every two hours, i was finally contacted by Dams International (the delivery company).
They wanted me to wait a further 5 days for delivery and aranged for the desk to be left in a laundry room which was planned to be left open for the driver round the side of the house.
Day of delivery: i receive a voicemail from driver saying he had left with neighbour. I contacted them and they could not get hold of the driver to find out where it was delivered to.
3 more days passed, i received a phone call saying the driver remembers a "red door" which was extremley frustrating as no one on my street has a red door.
As of this day, nearly 4 weeks since payment, my desk is still missing and having been told i would be contacted by officsupermarket i have received nothing.
