Resort-Hoppa have great prices and sufficient service, however the day before you are due to be picked up you have to either, phone, text or go on their website to find out what time you will be picked up. This was very inconvenient for us as we were trying to enjoy our holiday in Majorca however we were concerned that we would not receive confirmation of when to be ready for our pick up. We attempted the internet route of which we had to pay for the service in our hotel but you cannot get the required information until 24hours before your flight is due the following day. If you go down the phoning route then you end up in a huge queue which is of course charged at the premium rate (I started off at 17th in the queue and gave up instantly!!) So we then attemped the text route. You enter your mobile number in on the website and pray that they send you a confirmation text of your pick up time. I was concerned that this text would not get sent through so attempted the internet route again which finanlly worked but it was late in the day before we were due to go home. I wouldn't recommend this company if you want to kick back, relax and not worry about your transfers. P.s. the text was never received!!!
