Elephant settled my claim and paid out so that I lost my excess even though I was hit up the back by a motorcycle that was on the wrong side of the road. They were much more interested in how economically they could settle the claim rather than who was in the right or wrong. They offered me no support and instructed the legal protection people to take no further action. Their customer care was very poor, not returning phomne calls. A most uncaring company. This company will not be on your side when you need them.
