Having owned several other computer speakers I've always felt that the sound is simply naff compared to a home hifi system (and I'm too poor to be a true audiophile). The beauty of these Bose Companion 2 is that it simply delivers the quality and presence of a proper hifi and that's all I wanted.

No fuss just great sound (though although I do think it's worth the asking price here, in Singapore it's half that which makes it even better!).

The only gripe (and it is a little one) is that when the volume is right down sound still comes through. Which just irritates me sometimes.
