Booked a 2 week holiday to Cuba for 5th October back in January, got a good price at the time and as the holiday was to celebrate mine and my husbands 50th birthdays, we upgraded to a superior room and the £252 supplement was added to the cost. Tickets came last saturday and there was no mention of the upgrade, after several e-mails and a phone conversation they said i had not booked it, which i know i did, they are not budging although they have said i can upgrade now at a cost of £18 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. I am so cross about this but as i booked online have no comeback. I will never use first choice again and although looking forward to the holiday anyway it will not be the holiday we bokked and paid for !!
