Chemist direct promised 3-6 days for delivery. Day 12 and still nothing has been shipped yet. Customer Service are morons, all they say is "I can only apologise, will inform warehouse". But they do nothing. How did I fall for this ? I was naive in not checking about them before. DO NOT SHOP AT CHEMIST DIRECT (UNITED KINGDON). They are cheats.

I have told them to compensate me for missed medication - I heard nothing from them. They promise constantly that the order has been marked as urgent or that it will be shipped today etc.. They are simply lies and more lies. I have never expected such a disgusting service from a British company.
