I had an accident in July where a driver rear ended me on the motorway, I rang Privilege that night and the next day the Rental company and repair shop both phoned me promptly to book my car in. Car was repaired and all was dealt with smoothl by Privilege.

Then tonight I accidently went into the back of someone else at a roundabout, I phoned Privilege at 5:30pm and at 6:15pm I had a call from the rental company saying the rental car was already authorised and waiting for me to book my car in with the repairers. I expect the repairers to phone me tommorow and have my car booked in that day.

I cannot fault pivilege for their service and professionalism. They have far exceeded my expectations, it makes dealing with insurers a joy for once.
