After having read some very discouraging reviews, I was concerned. However, we found the Thomas Cook Airline service to be abolsutely fine. The check-in staff and cabin crew were friendly. The outward flight left on time, but the return flight was delayed by half an hour because of a technical problem. The cabin was clean. The leg room wasn't great, with our knees being pressed up aginst the back of the row in front, but it wasn't unbearable. We didn't order any meals or buy an drinks so can't comment on that.
