Had a problem with a radiator purchaed from the Bathstore. When I rang up to compain they were having nothing to do with it and told me to get my central heating system checked over. (I only have the new system installed 6 months ago!!!!!). Totally washed their hands of me. Said I was very disappointed with the service I had received and that I would not be recommending them at all.
I suggest people steer clear, nice looking items, of the lowest quality.
