Since I decided to leave lloydstsb afterover 30yrs banking and receiving poor service and being missold insurance. I wanted to have better customer service and so I openned a flexaccount. I have a visacard but no pin number I have an internet service that fails to recognise my details. It's ok I can always phone the premium rate number for telephone banking. It's wise to decide nationwide....NOT. I rate you with no stars but your survey won't let me so you can look better than you really are
