My card was frozen again today, they said they could not understand why and un-froze my account. They then connected me to customer services to be told it was closed at 11.30m, however I have called many times from 11.30pm-6am with no problems.
After 8 further calls, they opened again stating they advertise it to close at 11pm, however its open 24/7 to speak to customer services.
Their phone systems are all messed up, certain departments take ages to answer. The branches only have half the staff on a Saturday compared with the rest of the week, considering Saturdays seems to be much busier. They need to desperatly sort things out.
