I have been with First Direct Internet Banking for about 10yrs and i have always found them to be very helpful and understanding i have my mortgage with them and my savings all in one place dead easy to use. its just a shame that they dont do business banking i would put my business with them, over the years they have been great even when i was out of work and strugling they was even good then and i even had overdrawn payments paid back to me, even now with the downturn they have been good as long as they keep it up and dont get above their heads they will be ok 100%.

I agree that it's a shame about no business banking but maybe it's best to stick with what you're good at - that way the government doesn't have to bail them out with our money.
