I purchased this "Never Shave Again" from Finally Free Hair Removal back in may 2009, I returned it on the 28th, I have not received my refund. Each time I call, they say they will submit another "request" for the refund. I was foolish to wait so long, and the 60 day limit to dispute the charge on my cc has expired, so my hands are now tied waiting for them to resubmit another request for the refund.
