I think that many reviewers on this site get confused with BMI british midland and BMI Baby. BMI Baby are excellent! I have never flown an airline better and I have flown on a lot of airlines in my time! The staff are very helpful and the flight was very pleasant and had no delays, brilliant airline! I don't see any reason why people would avoid using this airline. The only thing is, I just wish they flew to one of the London airports, Stansted idealy. That would make it eaiser for me as Birmingham is still quite far from me and alot of other people in London.
