The dyson dc07 vacuum is the worst I have ever used. It constantly tries to suck up the carpet and makes a screaming noise you can here 2 blocks away. You have to pull your arm out of the socket just to get it to move. The serice department wants me to drive 30 miles to see if it can be fixed. They also said to use the bare floor setting instead of the carpet setting, but the bare floor setting does not pick up anything. They also suggested to change my carpets. I paid 10,000.00 for hardwood floors and they want me to cover them up with wall to wall carpet because of their horrible design.
