What a load of rubbish Sky+ is. As with anything, fine as long as you don't experience problems but as soon as you need to speak to them ... which you will, they decide to hibernate. When you finally speak to someone, they completely took me by surprise .... I mean my toilet seat has a higher IQ than they do. Bottom line, if you're stupid enough to do business with the most incompetent bunch of lazy, unfriendly, unhelpful and highly inefficient team in the galaxy, you'll probably get a job offer from them.
