We lost our pet suddenly at the age of 3 on contacting E&L they had no empathy we were just another number. 4 months have passed and repeatedly we have been promised a cheque and still no show. They have tried in the past increasing our monthly payments without our requests to do so on the false assumption we would be benefitting. I would not recommend this company unless you like hanging on the telephone not being able to speak to anyone and when you do being told lies.
