I presently have two Hotspring Spas a Grandee and an Envoy. I previously had a Tiger River. I had not problems at all and the warranty was great.
BEWARE! The original Hotspring company has now been taken over. They will no longer honor warranty work and will hide behind the original company in receivership.
Always request an insurance backed guarantee and don't be suckered into any other manufacturers scheme and remember that you will need at some point to use it.
Despite having two Hotspring spas and recommended this product to my friends, I would never recommend them again as they have now totally disregarded customer service. Their priority is to avoid and sidestep their obligations. I would struggle to give the current company 1/10!
