My husband and I have each just eaten one of your McDougalls individual (so called) deep filled chicken and asparagus pies, we were very disappointed. The amount of meat found in each pie varied enormously -



pie A the chicken content was two and a half pieces and a scrap end. Total weight of chicken (and this includes the sauce that clung to the pieces of meat) 5 grams.



pie B five pieces of chicken and a scrap end. Total weight, again including sauce, 14 grams.



Your description on the front of the package ' Generous pieces of 100% chicken breast...' is a lie. In your Ingredient statement you claim 18% is chicken, being generous and choosing plate B, the chicken represents a total of 7% of that 200gm pie. If you take plate A the chicken totals exactly 2.5% of the 200gm pie. Exactly what is the chicken 18% of - it certainly isn't (as you infer on the packaging), of the total pie.



I am bitterly disappointed with your product. It claims to be 'new', but if you hope to promote your goods and encourage more people to buy them you need to stop trying to cut corners and costs by putting the least possible amount of chicken in your Chicken and Asparagus Pies and you need to stop misrepresenting the contents on the packaging.
