Finally Free Hair Removal, Never Shave Again does not work! I followed the instructions to T to return for a guaranteed refund. This has been well over a month and I have yet to get my refund. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I call their Customer Service line everyday and am told the same thing "refund has not been processed" have asked for a name an phone number that I can call to have this rectified. I am told by Customer Service that they are unable to provide this information. Anyone else who has retuned the product should also log a complaint with BBB.
