I ordered a cloakroom suite, but the toilet pan arrived broken. They sent me another toilet pan which was also broken. I've arranged for returning the two broken toliet pans and the cistern and toilet seat, so that I can get a refund on these. The delivery man came a week ago, couldn't take the items as his van was full and he was told they were small boxes. Arrangements were made for a bigger lorry to come on Friday, no one came. I've emailed PlumbWorld UK customer services, who said the delivery people will ring me. They have not phoned me yet. Emailed customer services today asking if they would contact the delivery people to get them to phone me asap and given my mobile number in case I'm out. I can't sit by the phone all day as I have been for the last few days. I'm still waiting.
