Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an odrer in June- finally got the incorrect order TWICE on the 17th July.... My credit card was charged twice £280 in all, basically stolen from my credit card by www.duvetandpillowwarehouse.co.uk. It is now the 16th Septemebr and this order has still not been collected or the money refunded, despite daily phone calls with the customer services department. I am being told that 'head office' are now dealing with my query although no body in the customer services department knows the number, e-mail addres or name of any body in this mysterious 'head office'...... Strange.
It will make me question ever shopping on line again. I would advise people to stay away from them.
