Lloyds business banking service is appauling. It is my first experience with business banking in the UK and if the rest of the banks are like this then the British Banking Industry is heading for a big decline.
I can open a personal account with any bank in any high street tomorrow, however business banking with Lloyds requires hoop after hoop, setting up users is an extremely irritating process, online banking seems to have no communication with the rest of the bank and is slow, outdated and uses outmoded security checks. Doing banking business in the UK is massively over-regulated compared to personal banking and Lloyds charge for just about everything you could imagine.
Do not ever use Lloyds, check out the alternatives to see how they perform. I will never use Lloyds for business or personal use again.
