this company should never be able to sell insurance to anyone ever again! iv been insured through e&l since my puppy was born and now 4 years later without ever putting a claim in they refuse to pay out! they will undercut anyone but will no pay out when you need them and do not have your pets best intrest at heart!!! please do not make the mistake people on here and thousands of others have made!!!! ask your vet what insurance companys are good and pay out..i wish i had..you may pay a little extra but at least you know your pet is in safe hands!!!! be warned about this money grabbing company!!!
