I have oredered in March tickets for a concert in September. From the moment of the order until a few minutes ago (when I have called them) they said they will deliver the tickets 2-5 days prior the event. No news from them (no tickets, no AWB number) so I have called today (3 days prior the concert) to find out what is happening with the tickets. On the phone they said it is not possible to send the tickets at the address indicated in the order and I should give then an alternative address in the city where the concert will take place. This is not the service I have paid for. After having read the reviews about how this type of delivery works, I have asked for my money back and gave up on the tickets (3 days prior to the concert). I will never ever use worldticketshop again.
