I took out insurance from Insure & Go last summer and after reading everyone else's reviews, I'm wondering if you're talking about the same company as me! From buying the policy to making a claim I was treated fairly and with respect. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very helpful. My claim didn't take long to be settled. They asked for a lot of information but that's normal because lots of people make fraudulent claims so they have to be careful. My advice to everyone would be to make sure that you read the terms and conditions. Most people who gave bad reviews don't seem to have read the policy properly! You don't buy a car and then complain when you find out it doesn't fly!
