I can't even get signed up to blooming Talk Talk, they keep sending me letters saying that they are sorry to be taking so long and say there is a problem at the exchange. It's been 6 months now and I have eventually told them to stick their package! The customer service is more than rubbish, I eventually had to email the CEO and even the staff in there couldn't help me and left me hanging in mid air saying they would call me if and when they had an update but they couldn't say how long that would be! A total waste of 6 months of my time. However I am now more depressed given the other reviews I have read, it seems most broadband suppliers are just as bad.
