I am writing this while sat on hold attempting to speak with customer services; I have been waiting for 15 minutes so far. I phoned them a few days ago to discuss same issue and gave-up after being on hold for over an hour.

I emailed 'The Team', explaing my long and abanded call and asked them to call me on my Virgin phone. I got a reply two days later apologising for the prolem and asking me to call them.

So, here I am still sat on hold and about to give-up.
