Had this sealy for only 2 years and it is completely gone and offers no suppoert. Sealy has said that their guarantee is for 1 year only and I have had the mattress for 2 years therefore it is out of warranty. I think that Sealy have ruined their reputation with this range and will not recover their previous high standing in the market if they do not put their hands up and admit to this line failure and give their customers the confidence and satisfaction of customer service and ongoing support of their product.
I tried to give this product a zero rating but the software only allows for a minimum of 1 star
