I have read a lot of reviews on here and most of the bad reviews for Clairol Nice'n Easy make me wonder if anybody can read anymore! In the directions it does say to test the product on your skin to see if you have any reactions to it 48 hours before you color your hair. Also it says to do a strand test on your hair to figure out the amount of time it would take to get the color that you are looking for. The color isn't meant to be left in any longer than 20 minutes!!! I did the skin test and the strand test and I am sure that my hair will turn out great based on the results that I got from those two tests. I just simply used the hair out of my hair brush and stuck it in the formula and watched the clock. Checked it after 10 minutes to see what I got and then stuck it in longer if I wanted another color.
