Placed order on the weekend then read these reviews and expected the worst! How wrong I was. Item was delivered on Tuesday afternoon - 36 hours after ordering online, and I specified only standard delivery. DHL were excellent. They phoned me twice at work from outside my house to arrange leaving the parcel somewhere safe so I didn't have to sort a diffferent delivery date. Item was superbly packaged and in perfect condition. Can't fault this kind of service. Can't comment on customer service or returns - don't need it! Would definitely use Sports Direct again.
